Raphael Wischert is a seasoned professional in the field of computational chemistry, currently serving as the Team Leader for Computational Chemistry and Digital Transformation at Solvay since January 2013. In this role, Raphael oversees a global technical platform focused on materials simulation using quantum chemistry and artificial intelligence, while also managing international open-innovation partnerships to enhance Solvay's capabilities in various domains including modeling, simulation, and sustainable chemistry. Previously, Raphael held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Solvay, where contributions were made to innovative projects through molecular-level insights and accelerated R&D.
