Robin Niznik

SVP & Director of Contributions at Solxsys Administrative Solutions

With more than 20 years in the industry, Robin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position of Senior Vice President, Director of Contributions to Solxsys Administrative Solutions. She spent 9 years working in the medical and disability claims field for several large insurance companies. She spent the last 12 years of her career at Benesys Administrators working in the Contributions Department and eventually taking over the department as Director of Contributions. There she led a team of over 60 employees in 5 offices Nationwide. Robin has serviced many different health and welfare, pension, vacation and apprenticeship funds throughout her career.

Robin joined Solxsys Administrative Solutions in 2017, and was an instrumental team member in the design phase of Solxsys365 Software. Robin joined Solxsys because she was excited to be part of something from the ground up that is so innovating for the industry. With her knowledge of the Solxsys365 software, extensive experience in third-party administration, as well as her focus on quality customer service for clients, Robin is a highly valuable member of the Solxsys team.

Fun Fact: Robin’s heart is working with union clients and members. She was raised in a strong union household with her mother working and later retiring from the Teamsters Union, and her father a 60-year member and Business Agent of UA Local 539 Minneapolis MN. Robin is and always will be Union Proud.
