Kristin Manning O'Toole

Kristin Manning O'Toole has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Kristin is currently the VP and Global Head of External Communications and Brand Management at Sompo International. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Brand and Enterprise Creative at Guardian Life from 2017 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a VP in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2016 and as a VP and Senior Global Brand Manager at Allianz Global Investors from 2011 to 2013. Kristin also served as the AVP and Design Director at Voya Investment Management from 2010 to 2011, where they built and managed the design department and implemented various efficiency measures. Before that, they worked as a Senior Designer at Natixis Global Associates from 2004 to 2009 and as a Senior Graphic Designer at State Street Corporation from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated strong leadership, creative direction, and brand management skills.

Kristin Manning O'Toole pursued continuing education in Brand Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2020. Kristin also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History from Savannah College of Art and Design, which they completed between 1990 and 1994.
