Scot Herd's work experience begins with their current position as the VP Strategic Partnerships USA at Sonnant since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim SVP Ad Revenue at The Daily Wire from September 2022 to March 2023.

In 2022, Scot held the role of Senior Audio & Digital Sales Executive at Daily Wire and helped national brands extend their reach through podcast and social media partnerships.

From 2015 to 2022, Scot worked as the Vice President Network Sales at Premiere Networks, where they developed national campaigns using radio, digital, and social media elements to elevate brands and generate immediate call to action.

Before that, they worked in various sales and management roles, including Business Development at CBS Radio from 2013 to 2015 and Vice President, Sales - Western Region at Winnercomm Communications from 2006 to 2008.

Scot also gained experience in network security as a Network Security Professional at Galaxy Tech International from 2012 to 2013.

Scot founded Herd Communications LLC in 2008 and served as the Founder/CEO until 2012.

Prior to that, Scot held roles such as National Account Manager at Westwood One radio Networks in 2005 and Vice President/General Manager at Next Media from 2004 to 2005.

Scot Herd completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Business from Kent State University, where they attended from 1984 to 1988.
