Carolyn Beatty is the VP of Customer Experience at Sonnet Insurance, a direct-to-consumer insurance company. Previously, Carolyn served as the President of Zoocasa, a company within the Incubation Division of Rogers Communications Inc. Before that, Carolyn worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on e-commerce and customer experience. Carolyn has held various leadership roles in companies such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Indigo Books & Music Inc., and Wunderman. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Toronto.
