Fernando Aguiar has worked in the corporate world since 2015. Fernando started their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Raízen. In 2017, they joined Danone where they held various roles such as Regional Accounts Sales Manager, Innohub | Intrapreneurship, Sales Operations Jr Manager, Trade Marketing Coordinator, Sales Analyst, and Supply Chain Intern. In 2021, they moved to Lindt & Sprüngli as the National Key Accounts Sales Manager, responsible for the company's national clients in Brazil, Retail, Cash & Carry, and Farm. Currently, they are the Manager of Customer Success at Sooper since 2022.

Fernando Aguiar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, which they obtained between 2012 and 2017. Fernando also holds certifications in the Excel Business Program from Business Training Company and Logistics Operations Management from Fundação Vanzolini.
