Senior Vice President Americas at Soprano Design

Dan Novais has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan began their career at Sprint in 1990, where they held the position of Senior Technical Director for LATAM until 2004. Dan then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Director of Sales & Operations for Latin America, a role they held until 2012. Following that, they worked at SAP as the Vice President of Mobility Services for a year. In 2013, they moved on to Pitney Bowes Software, where they served as the Vice President for LATAM until 2015. In the same year, they joined Softline Group as the SVP Americas, until their departure in 2018. Dan then took on the role of Senior Vice President Americas at Soprano Design, where they restructured and repositioned the company's operations. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member at Routinr, a marketplace for downloading routines from people of influence. Alongside their other roles, they have also been an Advisory Council Member for both the Orlando Tech Council and Orlando Economic Partnership since 2015.

Dan Novais has a Certified Board Counselor degree in Corporate Board Management from the IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, which they obtained in 2011-2012. Dan also holds an Executive MBA degree in Business Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, which they obtained in 2005-2007. In addition, Dan obtained the ExecRank Certificate of Continued Board Education from ExecRank in February 2017.
