Daniela Graussam

Daniela Graussam has a strong background in corporate application management and finance. Daniela currently works as the Head of Corporate Application Management at SORAVIA. Daniela'sresponsibilities include leading the IT application management department, overseeing application implementation and process optimization projects, providing comprehensive support and continuous improvement of business applications, consulting various departments in digitalization projects and process optimization, coordinating external service providers, and acting as an interface to key users and C-level management.

Prior to their current role, Daniela worked at SIGNA Group of Companies as the Head of Corporate Application Management, where they built up and led the IT application management department. Daniela also managed application implementation and process optimization projects, provided comprehensive support for business applications, and acted as a consultant for various departments.

Before SIGNA, Daniela worked as a Senior Consultant for Corporate Finance Applications at SIGNA Group of Companies. In this role, they managed financial application implementation and process optimization projects.

Daniela has also held positions in sales controlling at Mondi Group, business controlling at Trenkwalder International AG, junior controlling at Rexel Central Europe Holding, and completed internships at Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, IBM, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

With a strong focus on corporate application management, finance, and process optimization, Daniela Graussam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role as Head of Corporate Application Management at SORAVIA.

Daniela Graussam completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management at California Lutheran University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Consultancy International from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Daniela Graussam briefly attended Universidad Panamericana to study International Business. Daniela also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Consultancy International from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they completed a short-term study in Accounting and Finance at the University of Limerick in 2007. Daniela Graussam's educational journey began at Vienna Business School Handelsakademie Floridsdorf, where they completed their high school education from 2001 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Daniela Graussam has earned the Certified Data Excellence Professional (CDXP) - Foundation Level from Certible in April 2022. Daniela also holds an ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in September 2020. Lastly, they obtained the Business English Certificate higher from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2006.
