Margie Pearce

Margie Pearce has extensive legal experience, holding various roles in different companies. Margie most recently worked at Sorenson Communications as the Head of Commercial Legal, Product, and M&A Legal. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Commure. Margie also served as the Head of Legal at Commure, Inc. During their tenure at Practice Fusion, they held positions such as Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Margie began their career as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and later became a Senior Corporate Counsel at Genentech, Inc. Margie's work experience spans from 2001 to the present.

Margie Pearce holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Margie also obtained a J.D. degree in Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
