Sandya Magge has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandya also has extensive experience at American Express, where they held various roles including Director of Digital Product Management & Customer Experience, Director of Strategic Partnership Management, Senior Manager of Partnership Management, and Manager of Rewards Product Development. Sandya played a key role in transforming products, managing strategic bank relationships, and developing marketing strategies.

Early in their career, Sandya worked at the American Red Cross as a Senior Marketing Associate, where they conducted market research, managed customer surveys, and represented the organization at industry trade shows. Sandya also worked at The Advisory Board Company as an Associate Director of New Business Development, and at Annenberg Foundation as a Research Associate.

Throughout their career, Sandya Magge has demonstrated expertise in driving impact, leading diversity and inclusion efforts, building partnerships, and transforming products.

Sandya Magge received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Sandya then pursued a Masters of Health Sciences degree from The Johns Hopkins University. Finally, they completed an MBA program at Columbia Business School with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
