Joschka Havenith

Team Lead Customer Success at SoSafe

Joschka Havenith has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Joschka started their career in 2014 as a Scientific Researcher at International Policy Advising, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined the ICON-INSTITUTE Consulting Gruppe as a Projektmanager and Research Assistant, and worked there until 2018. Joschka then became a Guest Lecturer at Universität zu Köln from 2013 to 2016.

In 2019, Joschka joined SoSafe as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, a position they held until 2022. During their time at SoSafe, they also took on the role of Team Lead Customer Success in March 2022, which they continue to hold.

Joschka Havenith studied at the University of Cologne from 2006 to 2013, earning a Magister Artium degree in Political Science and Government.
