Mathew Cropper

Mathew Cropper has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mathew started their career at Accenture, where they worked for over six years as a Manager, leading various financial services projects. Mathew then joined ThoughtWorks as a Business Analyst, focusing on digital transformation projects. At King, a mobile entertainment company, Mathew served as the Service Improvement Director, working on improving the support experience for players and agents. Mathew later joined Zendesk as a Product Manager, focusing on mobile SDK adoption and managing the mobile apps. Mathew also worked at NewsWhip as a Product Manager, responsible for APIs, integrations, and syndication. Most recently, they joined Intercom as the Group Product Manager, overseeing the flagship product, the Messenger. Mathew will be joining SoSafe as the Director of Product Management in February 2023.

Mathew Cropper attended The University of Manchester from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in MML (Modern and Medieval Languages) with a focus on French and Spanish.
