Karen Nichol

Karen Nichol began their work experience as a Senior Physician Recruiter at Schumacher Group in 1999 and continued in various roles within the company until 2015. Karen then moved on to Hospital Physician Partners as Vice President Recruiting, followed by Schumacher Clinical Partners as VP Recruiting Training and Performance. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Clinical Recruitment Emergency Medicine at Sound Physicians starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Karen has excelled in recruiting and training roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to healthcare staffing and performance improvement.

Karen Nichol completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Elmira College from 1992 to 1994.
