Tricia Williams

Tricia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tricia started their career in the US Army as an Officer and later transitioned into strategic workforce planning at Booz Allen Hamilton. Tricia continued to excel in roles focused on organizational effectiveness at Slalom, EY, Unify Consulting, and Nordstrom. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Recruiting and People Development at Sound Physicians before becoming an Advisory Board Member at Modal.

Tricia Williams completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Seattle University in 1997. Tricia then went on to earn their MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci.
