Rachel Contreras has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Front Office Agent at Wild Palms Hotel and working their way up to roles such as Revenue Manager at Destination Hotels and Director of Workplace Operations at SoundHound AI. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from San Jose State University and has also studied abroad at the University of Western Sydney.
