Nicole Friesen

Nicole Friesen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing professional at the Community Development Foundation Western Cape. In 2014, they gained experience in Intercultural Management at Europa-Orient Jena. From 2015 to 2016, Nicole worked in Human Resource Management as a Daimler Senior Expert at Daimler AG. Nicole then joined Scribbr in 2017 as a Community Manager, where they stayed until 2021. At Scribbr, they developed their skills in community management. In 2021, Nicole became a People & Operations Manager at Immer, a role they held until 2022. At Immer, they managed people and operations within the company. Currently, Nicole works as a People Experience Specialist at Source.ag since 2022 and has recently been promoted to the role of People & Culture Business Partner.

Nicole Friesen began their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Intercultural Business Communications from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Nicole attended the university from 2012 to 2015. Following this, Nicole pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Nicole completed their MBA program from 2016 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Nicole obtained the Data Visualization & Storytelling certification from Growth Tribe in December 2022. In May 2021, they received the De Nationale AI-Cursus certification from De Nationale AI-cursus. Nicole also obtained the Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace certification from Coursera in February 2021.

Moreover, Nicole attended Yale University in 2020, where they pursued a program titled "The Science of Well-being." The exact field of study for this program is not specified.
