Marcus Baxter

Marcus Baxter has over 25 years of work experience in the IT field. Marcus began their career in 1994 as a MIS Support Engineer at Chaparral Steel Midlothian, LP. Marcus then moved to Critical Technologies in 1998 as an Operations Support System Engineer. In 2017, they became a SENIOR END USER SUPPORT ENGINEER at GE Aviation Digital, where they were responsible for Level III and IV support, training Level I and II engineers, monitoring a secondary "hot-site", collaborating with development teams, and overseeing customer service departments. In 2019, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician at TTEC. In 2020, they became a Customer Support Team Lead at PM AM Corporation | PM AM IT Services. Most recently, in 2021, they were a SCCM Administrator at Premier LogiTech. Marcus is currently working as a Technical Operations Engineer at SourceDay.

Marcus Baxter attended Navarro College from 1991 to 1993 and Sam Houston State University from 1994 to 1995, studying AG. Marcus also obtained a Level IV CJIS Security Training certification from CJIS Online in June 2020 and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
