Daniella Twelvetree

Daniella Twelvetree has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniella currently holds the position of Head of Customer and Engagement at South West Water since April 2023. Prior to this role, Daniella took a career break from 2020 to 2023 to relocate with their family and complete a property renovation.

Before their break, they worked at Barclays UK for 18 years, holding several leadership positions. These include Head of Campaign Management (December 2018-March 2020), Head of Marketing Communications (November 2017-December 2018), Head of Content Marketing (September 2016-November 2017), Head of Transformational Marketing (October 2014-September 2016), Senior Communications Manager (January 2010-October 2014), Head of Branch Communications (January 2006-January 2010), Senior Campaign Manager (January 2004-January 2006), and Senior Relationship Manager (January 2002-January 2004).

Before joining Barclays UK, Daniella worked at EMAP from August 1996 to June 2002. Daniella held the positions of Circulation & Trade Marketing Manager (October 2000-June 2002), Senior Circulation & Trade Marketing Exec (April 1998-October 2000), and Circulation & Trade Marketing Exec (August 1996-April 1998).

Daniella Twelvetree attended Boroughbridge High School from 1985 to 1990, where they completed their GCSEs. Following that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended King James's School and pursued A levels in Mathematics, Economics, and French. Finally, from 1992 to 1996, Daniella Twelvetree studied at The University of Humberside, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Technology.
