Terrence Whitsitt

Terrence Whitsitt has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their time in the US Army as an E-5 from 1997 to 2005. Terrence then worked as an HR Administrator at Lockheed Martin Transportation Security Solutions from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Payroll Manager at Park Management Group, followed by a role as a Payroll Analyst at Oldcastle in 2009. In 2010, they became a Payroll Manager at Progressive Logistics Services before transitioning to Central Parking System as a Director Of Payroll from 2012 to 2013. Terrence then joined Tractor Supply Company, where they held the positions of Manager, Payroll from 2013 to 2015, and Manager HR Compliance and Payroll from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly served as the VP Programming at NAAAHR. Currently, Terrence is working at Southeastern Grocers, where they started in 2017 as a Senior Manager, Payroll and then took on roles as Director, Shared Services and Payroll from 2019 to 2021, Director, Benefits from 2021 to 2021, and finally, Senior Director, Benefits from 2021 to the present. Terrence is also the Co Chair AA FOCUS at Southeastern Grocers since 2020.

Terrence Whitsitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Shorter University in the years 2009 to 2011.
