Maria Schoneman, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in business partnership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Southwest Airlines since March 2022, Maria focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness within the Finance teams by aligning HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
