Tunisia Poole

Tunisia Poole has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Tunisia currently holds the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Southwire Company, where they have received two promotions and has taken on various roles including lead corporate transactions attorney and head of the commercial agreements team. Tunisia has contributed to a wide range of legal operations, including M&A, corporate restructuring, compliance, and labor union negotiations. Prior to their role at Southwire, Tunisia also worked at Aflac as 2nd VP / Counsel, Rafuse Hill & Hodges LLP as an Associate Attorney, Littler Mendelson as an Associate Attorney, and Miller & Martin PLLC as an Associate Attorney. Each role provided their with experience in corporate defense, litigation, compliance, and employee training.

Tunisia Poole attended the University of Georgia from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a B.A. in English. Tunisia then attended the University of Maine School of Law from 2001 to 2004, earning a JD degree. Additional certifications include the Georgia Bar Admission, obtained in 2007, and the Tennessee Bar Admission, obtained in 2005.
