Hélène Grimm

Hélène Grimm has extensive work experience in the legal field. Hélène is currently working at SparingVision as the General Counsel/Directrice juridique. Prior to this, they worked at ENYO Pharma as the Chief Legal Officer/Directrice Juridique from 2018 to 2023. Hélène also served as the Responsable juridique Groupe/Group Legal Manager at Groupe SBM from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they were a Legal Counsel & Compliance Function at Bayer from 2013 to 2016 and a Senior Legal Counsel at Mylan from 2012 to 2013. Hélène also had a temporary assignment at Bayer as a Senior Legal Counsel from 2011 to 2012. Hélène Grimm started their career as an Assistante de Justice at Cour d'Appel from 2001 to 2003.

Hélène Grimm pursued their education in a chronological order. Hélène started by attending Université Orléans from 1996-1998, where they obtained a DEUG degree in Private Law. Following this, they enrolled in Université Poitiers from 1998-2000 and earned a Licence et Maîtrise degree in Private Law. Lastly, in 2009-2010, they attended the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, Groupe ESG Paris, where they completed their MBA degree with a focus on Business Law and Management.
