Meena Jain

Meena Jain has a strong background in clinical development and medical affairs. Meena is currently working as a Senior Director of Clinical Development at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Clinical Programme Director at CSL Behring from 2019 to 2022. Meena also has experience at MedImmune, where they held the positions of Director of Clinical Development in Cardiovascular Renal and Metabolism from 2014 to 2019, and Associate Director of Clinical Development in Respiratory from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Meena worked at Napp Pharmaceuticals Ltd as the Head of Medical Affairs from 2009 to 2012 and as a Senior Medical Advisor from 2008 to 2009. Meena also served as a Medical Advisor from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they had a secondment as a Clinical Research Physician in Respiratory at Mundipharma Research Limited from 2011 to 2011.

Meena Jain obtained their MA MB BChir PhD degree in Medicine from the University of Cambridge between 1995 and 2003. In 2006, they received the MRCP degree from the Royal College of Physicians. Meena later completed a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians in 2008. In 2012, Meena Jain obtained a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the same institution. Additionally, in 2019, they became a Fellow (FFPM) at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate of Completion in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
