Carol Eckstein

Carol Eckstein has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Carol started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Mark Twain Banks & Sun Trust Banks and then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Landrum Staffing Services, Inc. Carol later joined Gap Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for policy administration, employee relations, training, and organizational development. Carol then served as the Director of Human Resources at Galerie Candy and Gifts before becoming the Sr. Human Resources Manager at C.H. Guenther & Son, where they led HR departments and professionals in multiple food manufacturing facilities. Carol then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Special Olympics Indiana before joining SpartanNash as the Human Resources Director for Caito Foods.
