Jenica Mendoza is an accomplished professional in research and development with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Research & Development Manager at Cardinal Agri since November 2020, Jenica has led the pioneering R&D efforts, focusing on new products, processes, and packaging. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Specialist at Froneri, driving the development of Nestle Greek Strawberry Lychee Yogurt, and as a Research & Development Specialist at Sucere Foods Corporation, where significant contributions were made to candy-coated and extruded snacks. Jenica's career began with an internship at Nestlé, where material substitution and evaluation tests were conducted. Jenica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and a certification in Data Science and Analytics from FTW Foundation.
