Charline AUGUSTE a commencé sa carrière en 2003 en tant que Consultante Formatrice / conduite du changement chez IDEACTOR. En 2010, elle a rejoint Energie Perspective en tant que Consultante Formatrice. En 2013, elle est devenue Responsable de la Formation et de l'expertise "User Performance" chez iAdvize. En 2016, elle a rejoint Speachme en tant que Head of Customer Experience et Account & Project Manager. En 2020, elle est devenue Certifiée Coach et Praticien en PNL. En 2021, elle a fondé LookupXCharline, un programme de solutions aux entreprises pour prendre soin de ses Hommes, de ses talents et de ses clients.

Charline AUGUSTE has pursued a variety of educational experiences. Charline is currently enrolled in IFPEC FORMATIONS for a degree in EFT Practitioner in Clinical Psychology. In 2021, they obtained a certification from Institut Coaching International inc. as a Practitioner in NLP - The Bonhâme Approach (Aligning the Heart, Body, and Mind). From 2020 to 2021, they earned a Certified Professional Coach certification from Groupe MHD-Formation in the Professional Coach Expert Pathway (Professional Coach Formation & Help Relationship). In 2004, they graduated with a Master in Commercial Management of SMEs from IAE de Poitiers. From 1999 to 2001, they completed a DUT in Commercial Techniques from IUT La Rochelle. Additionally, they are pursuing a Formation soin Energétique / Luc bodin. In April 2022, they became an ICF Member at ICF-France.
