Lakisa Leake

Lakisa Leake is an accomplished Senior Instructional Designer with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Charter Communications since September 2022 and previously holding the same title at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2021 to September 2022, Lakisa has cultivated a strong background through various roles, including Instructional Designer at Robert Half and Duke Energy Corporation. Additional experience includes operational training at UnitedHealth Group and corporate training at SunTrust Bank, as well as a senior learning associate position at Capital One. Lakisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Winston-Salem State University, a Master's of Science in Adult Education-Human Resources Development from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies from the same institution, expected in May 2024.
