Chen Lindman's work experience begins in 2000 as a Capital Market Journalist for Ha'aretz Daily News paper. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Analyst for Menorah Gaon Investment House. In 2004, they became the Head of Business Development at Broad Comm until 2007. Following that, they were an Analyst at Excellence Nesuah from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they founded Lindman Financial Planning, where they worked until 2011. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the CFO and VP Strategy for BunkerSec Corp. In 2014, they became the CEO of iNeverMiss until 2015. From 2013 to 2019, they were the CEO & Founder of Linovation. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of SpeedSize.

Chen Lindman pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning in the year 2000. Chen attended Bar-Ilan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic & Business Management in 2003. Chen then continued their educational journey at the same university, culminating in the completion of a Master of Arts degree in Law from 2006 to 2012. Throughout their education, Chen focused on developing skills in business management and law.
