Rick H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Rick W started their career at Lexmark, where they held various roles including Director of WW OEM and Director Dell Relationship. Rick W then joined Dell as Executive Director, Global Imaging Business, where they managed the global printer business and led a team of over 185 professionals. Rick later co-founded OpDots, a Salesforce.com OEM partner, and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Rick W then transitioned to NCR Corporation as Vice President, leading the Program Management Office for the IPS Divisional Divestiture, and played a key role in launching Iconex. At Iconex, Rick held multiple positions including Vice President and General Manager for Emerging Markets, VP of North American Direct Sales, and VP of Strategic Solution Sales & Marketing. During their tenure at Iconex, they successfully led MBO initiatives and managed sales and operations internationally. Rick also served as a Board Member for the MP Foundation at My Possibilities, a non-profit organization that offers vocational education for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Most recently, they joined Spencer Technologies as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing the company's global IT solutions and service offerings.

Rick H Holt attended Vanderbilt University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Rick W then pursued their education at the University of Kentucky from 1993 to 1995, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
