Laura Dompeling

Laura Dompeling is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Projectmedewerker for the Leren met de Stad initiative at Hogeschool Leiden since January 2022. In this role, collaboration occurs with multiple institutions, including Universiteit Leiden and municipality of Leiden, to facilitate student engagement with welfare organizations and local residents. Additionally, Laura has been involved in public relations for CANAL+ Group since April 2021, promoting European series and films. Previous roles include significant positions in communications and public relations at organizations such as De Haagse Hogeschool, Stichting Nederland Schoon, Fox International Channels, and National Geographic Channel, reflecting a strong background in media and project coordination. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and completed HAVO at Hervormd Lyceum Zuid.
