Amy Metsch

Amy Metsch has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Amy is currently the Associate Publisher and Director of Audio Programming at Spiegel & Grau, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Penguin Random House for 18 years, where they served as the SVP, Associate Publisher, and Editorial Director of the Penguin Random House Audio Publishing Group. In this role, they managed a team responsible for acquiring and managing a large number of titles, collaborated with other divisions within the company, and had P&L responsibility for deals valued up to seven figures. Before joining Penguin Random House, Amy worked at Questia Media as a Business Development Manager and at Franklin & Siegal as the Vice President, Foreign Scout. In the latter role, they advised foreign language publishers on translation opportunities for books originating in the US market and established a network of industry professionals.
