Whitney DuPree has worked in the legal field since 2012. Whitney began as a Legal Intern for the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York. In 2013, they were a Student Certified Attorney for the 10th Judicial District Public Defenders Office and a Law Clerk for the Law Office of Gary S. Ostrow, P.A. In 2014, they became an LSAT Instructor for Kaplan Test Prep. In 2015, they were an Instructor/Consultant for Beeplanet. In 2016, they became a Paralegal/Legal Assistant for Monteleone & McCrory, LLP. In 2017, they were an Account Executive for Robert Half Legal and a Law Clerk for Marc J. Victor, P.C. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Staff Attorney for King & Spalding and is currently an Associate Attorney for Spire Law.

Whitney DuPree attended the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Whitney also attended Georgetown University in 2008, though no degree was earned. Finally, they attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a JD.
