Tim Braswell

Tim Braswell is currently the Chief People Officer at Spire. Tim has previously served as the Chief Human Resource Officer for PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd, and as the VP Human Resource Business Partner for Global Functions and Group Benefits Business for MetLife. Tim has also served as the Executive Director for Human Resources in the Latin America Region for Merck.

Braswell has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has been instrumental in developing and driving people and culture strategy for large organizations. Tim is a strategic thinker who is able to translate business goals into actionable plans that optimize organizational performance. Tim is a strong leader with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.

Tim Braswell has a MBA in Management from University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BS in HR Management, Spanish from University of South Alabama.

Tim Braswell reports to Peter Platzer, CEO & Founder. Tim Braswell works with Keith Johnson - VP & GM, Spire Federal, Jeroen Cappaert - CTO, and Boyd Johnson - Chief Legal Officer.
