Tim Braswell is the Chief People Officer at Spire, where Tim leverages their satellite constellation and predictive analytics to provide organizations with a competitive advantage. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at companies such as MetLife, PNB MetLife India Insurance, Merck, and Johnson & Johnson, Tim has a strong background in developing and driving people and culture strategies. Tim holds an MBA in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BS in HR Management and Spanish from the University of South Alabama.
