Amy Williams

Amy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Amy began their career at Koch Industries, where they worked as an HRIS Analyst and later as an MBA Recruiter. Amy then moved on to Digital Lighthouse, where they served as an HR Generalist, handling recruitment and employee relations for a startup e-financial services communication center. Williams then joined Cargill, first as a Recruiting Manager and later as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager and Community Relations Director, responsible for strategic community relations and advancing diversity initiatives within the organization. Following their time at Cargill, they worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as the Director of Diversity & Community Engagement, and at Belk as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Currently, Williams is with Spirit AeroSystems, where they have held various roles, including Global Community Relations & Corporate Administration and Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In their most recent role at Spirit AeroSystems, they serve as the Director of Global Community Relations and DE&I.

Amy Williams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Newman University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs in 2018. Their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources was earned from Wichita State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
