Diane Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diane started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Bud Plant Comic Art from 2001 to 2006. Diane then worked as a Membership Dept. Team Lead at Flexcar from 2006 to 2008. Diane continued their career as a Facilities Coordinator at HomeStreet Bank from 2008 to 2010 and then at Softchoice from 2010 to 2014. Diane transitioned into project management roles and served as a Project Coordinator at Splice from 2014 to 2015, followed by a promotion to Project Manager Supervisor from 2015 to 2020. Diane then became the MAC Program Manager from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Post Occupancy Project Program Director at Splice since September 2021.

Diane Rodriguez completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Sierra College. Diane then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management at Colorado State University Global, which they obtained in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Diane also holds various certifications. Diane obtained certifications in "Building Your Team" and "Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment" from LinkedIn in February 2020. Diane also completed the "Leadership Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in January 2020. Diane further enhanced their skills with the "Time Management Fundamentals" certification from LinkedIn in January 2020. Diane obtained two project management-related certifications: "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2017 and "Initiating and Planning Projects" from UC Irvine in March 2017.
