Spot is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the success of our marketing objectives while helping to drive revenue for the Company. We are looking for a candidate who is a proven problem-solver, is passionate, possesses strong organizational and writing skills, and thrives in managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 Suite, and content management systems is essential. Additionally, you will contribute to internal communications, manage inventory, analyze metrics for optimization, and perform administrative tasks. Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develop and produce branded sales collateral and sales/marketing presentations for customer and prospect meetings. 
  • Prepare promotional materials, coordinate requirements with graphics and inventory stock, place orders, and verify receipts. 
  • Manage company apparel website and vendor invoicing. 
  • Manage assets, including photography, video, and design files. 
  • Continuously monitor and review corporate web properties – editing content as necessary. 
  • Track internal program submissions, update related spreadsheets, and order and distribute associated awards. 
  • Facilitate specialty gifting for clients. 
  • Develop and implement internal marketing content. 
  • Develop external marketing and sales collateral. 
  • Marketing-focused administrative tasks. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
  • One to three years of proven experience within a corporate B2B marketing department. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative under ambiguous circumstances in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment. 
  • Proficient computer skills with applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel proficiency) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint are required.  
  • Must have strong attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal presentation skills. 
  • Previous content writing experience is preferred. 
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, and coordination.  
  • Please be prepared to provide work samples upon request (i.e., presentations, graphic design).
