Nicola Graf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nicola is currently working at Spotlight Sports Group, where they hold the position of Head of People Experience. In this role, they are responsible for various tasks, including talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, coaching management, assessment of recruitment systems, and leading employer branding projects. Prior to this, Nicola worked as a Director at NJMG Consulting, specializing in coaching and talent management.
