Jason D. Gardner

Jason D. Gardner has a solid work experience that spans a variety of roles and industries. Jason D. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Legal at Spreedly, a PCI Compliant cloud-based credit card vault. Prior to this, they were a Charter Member at TechGC.

From 2015 to 2021, Jason worked at Seegmiller Gardner, PLLC as an In-House Contract Attorney for Envision Healthcare IT Services. During this time, they provided legal services for the IT division of Sheridan Healthcare, now Envision Healthcare. Jason D. also handled contracts, sales support, and vendor management, developing a contract playbook and workflow to streamline negotiations.

Before Seegmiller Gardner, Jason worked at Lyons & Lyons, P.A. as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk, where they handled business law, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Jason D. conducted contract reviews, directed real estate transactions, and drafted various legal documents.

Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Research Assistant at Ave Maria School of Law, where they conducted legal and historical research. Jason D. also worked as a Legislative Assistant for the Utah House of Representatives, providing administrative and research support for a Representative during the 2010 Legislative session.

Jason D. Gardner obtained a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from Ave Maria School of Law, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they graduated from George Wythe University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, where they earned the distinction of Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude. In terms of additional certifications, Jason D. Gardner has been certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in June 2022. Jason D. is also admitted to practice law in Florida and Utah, having obtained the Florida Bar Admission and being a member of the Utah State Bar.
