Autumn Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, people operations, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Technology at Spreetail since August 2025, Autumn has previously held key roles at SmartRecruiters, where responsibilities included leading global HR operations, workforce compliance, and workplace operations spanning multiple countries. Additionally, Autumn has served as an Endurance Running Coach for Chicago Endurance Sports and has worked in recruitment marketing and employer branding at Sodexo. With a background in teaching communication and marketing at various educational institutions, along with a Master’s degree in Communication, Autumn combines a diverse skill set with a strong commitment to enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency.
