Laura Calcaterra LPC, CEAP has over 14 years of experience in the field of mental health and counseling. Laura most recently served as the Clinical Director of Care Navigation at Spring Health, where they began their role in April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Centene Corporation for 12 years, starting in July 2008 as a Clinical Manager. During their time at Centene Corporation, Laura was responsible for overseeing clinical operations. Before joining Centene Corporation, Laura worked as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at MHN from July 2006 to July 2008. Overall, Laura has a strong background in clinical management and has played key roles in guiding and supporting individuals in their mental health journey.

Laura Calcaterra received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Laura further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Texas Woman's University. In addition to their educational background, Laura Calcaterra has obtained certifications in the field.
