Esraa Halim has a strong background in compensation and total rewards management. Esraa currently holds the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards and HRIS at Spring Health since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director, Global Head of Compensation at Chainalysis Inc. from November 2021 to May 2022. Esraa also took maternity leave from April 2021 to November 2021 while working at The Pregnancy Pause.

Before their recent roles, Esraa held several senior positions in compensation and total rewards management. Esraa worked at Kemper as the Director of Compensation from 2019 to 2021, where they managed broad-based rewards and recognition programs and led the Compensation Operations team. At OCC, they served as the Director of Total Rewards from 2018 to 2019 and led broad-based and executive compensation programs, as well as global mobility programs.

Prior to OCC, Esraa worked at Redfin as the Manager and Function Head of Compensation. During their time there (2016-2018), they managed broad-based, sales, equity, and executive compensation programs. Esraa also worked at Goldman Sachs, where they held multiple roles from 2013 to 2016. Esraa worked as an Associate (Lead), Firmwide Compensation and was responsible for managing global year-end compensation processes and overseeing benchmarking analyses. Esraa also served as a Senior Analyst, Firmwide Compensation and led compensation reviews for the market-setting Banking Analyst/Associate Program.

Esraa's early career experience includes working at Integra LifeSciences as an Analyst, Global Talent Management. During their time there (2011-2013), they led the implementation and management of a talent management SaaS suite and supported performance management processes.

Throughout their career, Esraa has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing compensation programs, managing benchmarking processes, and utilizing data-driven analytics to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Esraa has also showcased strong leadership skills in building and managing teams, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Esraa Halim, MHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics/Robotics and a minor in Math from North Carolina State University.
