James Moore

James Moore has extensive experience in case management, counseling, and supervisory roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Case Manager II at Springs Rescue Mission since March 2020, Moore previously held positions such as Program Counselor at The GEO Group, Inc. and Hardlines Supervisor at Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado, where responsibilities included managing production operations and supervising a team of 18 employees. With a robust background in the Colorado Department of Corrections as Case Manager II, Moore coordinated inmate placement and maintained critical records. In addition to a solid professional career, volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America and Knights of Columbus reflects a long-standing commitment to community service. Moore holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
