Pradeep Saluja

Pradeep Saluja has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Pradeep is currently Vice President at Sprinklr, where they lead a Customer Success and Delight Business Unit, responsible for strategy, planning, growth, and P&L management.

Before joining Sprinklr, Pradeep was at Mu Sigma Inc., where they held multiple leadership roles. As a Business Unit Head, they managed a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts in North West US, Europe, and Asia, overseeing P&L management, strategy, growth, and client relationships. Pradeep led large teams in driving digital transformation and solving advanced analytics problems for clients across various industries.

Prior to Mu Sigma, Pradeep worked at Encore Capital Group, where they played a pivotal role in launching the financial services business in India as the Head of Operations. Pradeep also led the Corporate Development function, contributing to entity structuring, JV formation, and regulatory approvals.

Earlier in their career, Pradeep worked at KPMG as a Manager in Management Consulting, advising clients across industries on business strategy, transaction advisory, and business performance management. Pradeep also held consulting positions at senior and consultant levels.

Pradeep's early experience includes working at Caterpillar Inc. as a Design Engineer and Service Engineer.

Pradeep Saluja pursued their education with a focus on both business and engineering. From 2003 to 2005, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing. Prior to this, from 1995 to 1999, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. These educational experiences have equipped Pradeep Saluja with a strong foundation in both business and engineering.
