Ghoutam Banerjee

Ghoutam Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious companies. Ghoutam is currently the Global Head of Value Engineering at Spryker, a leading composable commerce platform. Prior to this, they held various positions at Google, including Head of Market Growth EMEA North and Customer Value Advisor Senior Principal. Before joining Google, Ghoutam worked at SAP as an Innovation Evangelist and Global Account Manager BASF, where they played a crucial role in digital growth transformation and account management. Ghoutam also worked as a Lean Manager and Factory Management at Danone, as well as a Management Consultant at Accenture. In the earlier years of their career, Ghoutam worked as an IT Consultant at INTENSE AG and as a Sales Controller and Product Development expert at SICK Sensor Intelligence.

Ghoutam Banerjee obtained an MBA in IT Strategy and General Management from Boston University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Dipl. Ing. (BA) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach from 1998 to 2001. Ghoutam also holds additional certifications, including the SAP Alumni Award from SAP in 2021 and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
