Jacques T. has extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics, starting as a Financial Analyst at Nedbank and later transitioning to roles at Capital One/Nedbank Alliance and Absa. Jacques then moved to Massmart, where they held positions as Senior Group Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Executive. Jacques then joined African Bank as Head of Business Analytics – Sales and Distribution, where they served for over five years. Currently, they are the Head of Data & Business Intelligence at Neos Networks. Throughout their career, Jacques has demonstrated leadership, strategic guidance, and a strong focus on data-driven insights to optimize business performance.

Jacques T. completed their Executive MBA at Henley Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Tax from the University of Port Elizabeth from 1998 to 2000. Jacques'ssecondary education was at Dale College Boys' High School from 1989 to 1995. Jacques also holds additional certifications in fields such as data science, strategy, and OKR management.
