Francis Tan

Francis Tan is currently the Manager of the Learning Institute at St Luke's ElderCare Ltd. Prior to this role, Francis has held various positions such as Director of Marketing and Communications at Parkway College, Business Development Manager at Global Information Services Pte Ltd, and Sales Manager at IBM Singapore. Francis holds a Master of Health Administration from Flinders University, an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from Institute For Adult Learning (IAL), and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. Furthermore, Francis also holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
