Eric Horowitz

Medical Director, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Peter's Health Partners

Eric Horowitz, MD, MHA, RD, FAAP, is an experienced neonatologist currently serving as the Medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Peter's Health Partners since April 2021 and as a Senior Staff Scientist at Boston Children's Hospital. With a strong background in pediatric workforce research, Dr. Horowitz has led significant projects, including the Massachusetts Neonatal Quality Improvement Collaborative. Previous positions include serving as a neonatologist at various healthcare institutions, including NASH UNC Health Care, Beverly Hospital, and Duke University Medical Center, where Dr. Horowitz was involved in quality improvement initiatives and medical finance research. Dr. Horowitz holds a medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
