Jon McCarry

Jon McCarry is an experienced professional with a robust background in advisory roles and executive leadership. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for both the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Processes Institute and the UNT BioDiscovery Institute, Jon McCarry contributes to innovative research in structural materials and sustainable production systems. As Executive Director of the Murphy Center at the University of North Texas, Jon McCarry supports entrepreneurship and early-stage ventures, while also advising the UNT Student Investment Group. With a notable history as Co-Founder of Nexus Research Technologies and Managing Director of OmniCap, LLC, Jon McCarry has expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions. Educational credentials include a Private Equity Programme at Saïd Business School, an MBA in International Business from Vlerick Business School, and a BSc in Engineering-Physics from the University of North Texas.
