Nick Burnitt

Nick Burnitt has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Nick began their career as an Enterprise Retention Specialist at Vodafone in 2009. In 2010, they moved to McKenzie Human Resources LLP as a McKenzie Human Resources. In 2013, they became a Provisioning Manager and Telephony Specialist at Daly's Systems. In 2014, they began working at CloudCall as a Technical Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for turning CRM into a powerful communications solution. Nick also served as a Product Manager at CloudCall from 2017-2021. In 2021, they moved to PagerDuty as a Principal Customer Success Manager. Nick is currently the Vice President of Customer Operations at StaffCircle.

Nick Burnitt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Music Technology from the Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies between 2003 and 2006. Nick also holds two certifications from PagerDuty, the Foundational Practitioner Certification and the Foundational Practitioner, which they obtained in September and August 2021 respectively.
