Laura Traore

Laura Traore is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in operations and human resources management. Currently serving as the National VMS Operations Manager at Staffmark Group since June 2013, Laura has held various roles including Client Operations Manager and Client Talent Manager, overseeing onsite management for a large temporary workforce in a call center environment. Previous experience includes positions at Exelis (now part of Harris Corporation) where Laura worked as a Learning and Development Admin and HQ Employment Recruiter, as well as customer service and administrative roles in organizations such as Volt, Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp, Hansen & Larson LLC, and Stahancyk, Kent, Johnson.
